Saya Homes is planning to launch its new commercial project in sector 129 in Jaypee Wishtown Noida. Saya New project is basically partially developed commercial plot launched in 2018 by Bayaweaver group. Bayaweaver launched Oh My God project (The X Mall) in 2018 with a funding from IIFL and their construction partner was Leighton Group. But They were totally failed to complete the project with in committed time period. Although The IIFL was there as funding partner so investors were getting their assured return timely till march 2020. After Covid 19 outbreak The company stopped the returns committed to investors against their booking in X mall Noida. Now Saya Group has taken over the project from Mr. Mavi and Saya homes are planning to relaunch this project in coming days.
